Struggles

I have not posted out here with updates etc. in a while. Weight loss can be such a frustrating process and like many I have worked on this several times with out the long term success. I know that you have to change your life habits and embed the changes ongoing. However, it is very tough when you have continued to follow what was working and hit the wall where you no longer lose.

My workouts are primarily swimming laps every day, but I am thinking I may have to up this process and mix/add walking back into the process. I will say that changing my eating habits has stayed well. I still eat breakfast and eat as little as possible for dinner. I have varying degrees of success and failure on the dinner part.

To help support us it takes only a little help. The change in your car, couch, dryer, etc. can make a big difference because $4 can feed a child for a week. Many people spend more than that on Starbucks coffee throughout the week. Heck, I spend more than that on Dr. Pepper in less than a week. Help us educate these children, help us feed them so they can focus on studies and help us reach out to the less fortunate.
