It is always a challenge to work out when it seems to rain almost every day, you have to travel for business and work days run long. My goal of losing 44.4 pounds is not the ultimate goal but rather sacrificing for the good of others (children who only get 1 meal a day) so how can I let myself fail that goal.
So, I have changed my eating habits (which were really bad before) and started to make sure I ate breakfast every morning. In the past I almost always skipped the morning meal and then really hit it hard at supper. Now I make the morning meal the primary, eat as lightly as possible at lunch and nearly/sometimes skip supper.
As a diet consultant would say, "you need to incorporate exercise". I hate those words but unfortunately for me it is because they are true. So lately I have been swimming laps in the pool and walking when not able to swim. New York really helped the walking portion because you walk every where when in the city.
So here is the result complete with picture to prove the weight. I am happy with what has occurred but also know that the first week is eliminating water weight and the easy portions. We will see how the rest of the time goes.

Please help the orphans with me and give all you can give to help us feed them and send them to school.
